This week is not much of a daring try, but Kenny requested something "edible." I think he was afraid I was going for brussel sprouts (I've been hinting that they are coming soon). This dish was inspired by the tacos served at Grad School, in downtown Springfield, Missouri. The cabbage swap is really hardly noticeable, in fact, there's an extra crunch to your taco :) I melted raw milk jalepeno jack cheese on a soft taco and wrapped it around a hard taco. Trust me, these were delicious.
